T1International is outraged by the passage of the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” which represents the most devastating healthcare rollback in U.S. history stripping coverage from 17 million people and threatening the lives of those with diabetes and other chronic conditions. Without access to Medicaid and affordable healthcare, millions will lose access to the insulin, supplies, and care they need to survive. This bill is not just a policy failure, it’s a direct attack on disabled and marginalized communities.

As a global organization, we recognize that the fight for insulin access is not confined to the U.S. We will continue to fight for policies that ensure people with diabetes can live healthy, dignified lives, no matter where they live.
