Every part of this website was built to better serve our mission. It is more secure, which matters as we take on powerful pharmaceutical companies and the systems that protect their profits over people’s lives. It is easier to navigate, so you can quickly find what you need, whether that is joining an #insulin4all Chapter, connecting with a Global Advocacy Partner, find a Business Supporter, or more. Our urgent campaigns sit front and center, so you can take action the moment you arrive. You can read our blog, look around our interactive map, search the site directly, and reach critical resources in just a few clicks.
Supporting our work is simpler too. Donate, start a fundraiser, sign a petition, or find another way to get involved: the path is clearer now.
T1International has grown a great deal since our founding in 2013. Our Chapters and volunteers span the globe, our policy work has deepened, and our community’s stories of winning change in their own countries have multiplied. This site reflects who we are today: a pharma-free, patient-led organization rooted in real data and real results.
Our strategic plan guided every decision in this redesign. We organized our campaigns around three clear pillars: taking on monopoly power, ensuring access to affordable modern medicines, and defending the right to full care. You will see that structure reflected across the site, making it easier to understand how our work connects and where you can plug in.
Accessibility was not an afterthought. We built this site to meet strong accessibility standards, because our advocacy is only as strong as its reach. You can translate the website to X languages using the widget in the upper righthand corner of the site. If any part of the site presents a barrier for you, please let us know. We want everyone in our community to be able to use this site fully.
Transparency guided us too. You will find our strategic plan, our financial statements, our latest organizational updates, and clear pathways to see how your support translates into action.
At the heart of this website are the stories of our community members and Global Advocacy Network chapters who have pushed for and won real policy change, from insulin price caps to expanded access programs. These wins did not happen by accident. They happened because people with diabetes and their loved ones organized, testified, protested, and refused to accept the status quo. Our new site is designed to make those stories easier to find, share, and learn from, so more advocates in more places can replicate that success.
