Recommending a grant to T1International through your DAF is one of the most efficient ways to give. Because your contribution to the fund was already tax-deducted when you made it, a grant recommendation to T1International requires no additional paperwork on your end, just a few clicks to put dollars already set aside for charity directly to work.
DAFs are also a smart way to give appreciated stock or other assets without triggering capital gains tax, meaning more of your original contribution reaches the #insulin4all movement. Many donors use their DAF to make a single larger, more strategic gift, or to set up recurring grants that provide T1International with the steady support we need to plan ahead.
When you recommend a grant to T1International, you help power a global movement for affordable insulin and diabetes care and directly support independent, community-led advocacy that puts people with diabetes first.
Recommending a grant is simple:
- Log in to your DAF sponsor’s portal (such as Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, or your community foundation).
- Search for T1International USA using our EIN: 84-2544817.
- Recommend your grant amount.
